Refund Policy: All sales with Players Choice are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once an order has been placed. We encourage customers to read all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Players Choice at info@smck77.tv within 24 hours of receipt to address the issue.

Delivery Timeframe: Please allow anywhere from 3 to 14 days for your order to arrive. Although, most orders come much sooner than 14 days, this timeframe is an estimate and is applicable from the moment the order is confirmed.

Lost Packages: Players Choice is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Chargeback Policy: Due to our all-sales-are-final policy, chargebacks are not permitted. If you encounter issues with your order, please contact us at info@smck77.tv for assistance.
